Authenticity is paramount at Chahak. As a standard industry practice, all our sterling silver jewelry is clearly stamped with the '925' hallmark, certifying its purity as 92.5% pure silver. This hallmark is typically discreetly placed on the jewelry to maintain its aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, your invoice will clearly detail the materials used for each product, providing an additional layer of verification.
We make every effort to display the colors of our jewelry and gemstones as accurately as possible on our website. However, please be aware that the actual colors you perceive may vary slightly depending on the color display settings, resolution, and calibration of your monitor or device. We recommend viewing our products on a well-calibrated screen for the best representation.
Orders within India are shipped via DTDC/Delhivery/FedEx/Indian Speed post and are delivered within 5-7 working days for readily available products and 40-45 days for items which are out of stock. International orders are shipped via International EMS, a speed post service by India Postal services- delivery time: 25-40 business days from the date we receive payment for in stock items and for out of stock items additional above mentioned days will be taken. For International orders, there might be delays due to customs clearance procedures. International Orders We do not have any control once the product is handed over to the logistics.

The Duties & Taxes for international orders depends on the country where it is shipped. Each country will have its own regulations. The Additional Duties are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.
